Enable System Information for B1UP superusers

With this feature, System information will automatically be turned on when B1UP starts.

This feature only works if.

•You are a B1UP super user (defined in the main config window).

•Beas is not installed and running.

•You are working in the Sap B1 client (does not work in browser access)
